IEDC-CETLY hosted a 2-day ideation workshop "Innovation For Industry 4.0" on the 28th and 29th of November. The session was handled by the Out Of Box team and the hosts were Sabarinath K, founder, and CEO of OFB Arjun cp, Co founder & CTO of OFB and Akshay Kumar C, Co founder of OFB.The hosts started off by diving the participants into groups of 5. Participants were also given simple tasks to invoke their curiosity and to give them an idea of the correct analysis required in idea makings. On the first day, participants were asked to sort out some problems seen around. And later they were asked to choose a field of their interest. They were made to think of the problems they faced in those fields and whether they could provide any solution to them, enhancing their problem-solving skills. Later, they were asked to give different ideas/designs regarding the problems and solutions they found and were asked to present them as a product. Each group was given points on the basis of their presentation and finally, the team with the maximum score was offered an opportunity to attend their coming session free of cost. As a whole, the session was very productive and successful.
